Notice from the hotel
As for adults, we ask for children over the age of one. Check-in will be directed directly to your room to prevent contact with other guests. Check-out is not settled at the front counter, but you can hang it up at the lobby seats one by one. Some facilities in the hotel are closed (lounge 206, massage arrangements). Linen items (duvet cover, sheets, pillowcase, pillow, bath towel) are prepared for each customer.
In the forest in Nasu, there is a hidden inn that quietly tells the tale of history. The building and furniture of Sansuikaku gently speaks of all the years gone by with its customers. Softly, grab the hand of your special person and step into this tale together. With the calm amber colored lobby, it would make your soul want to dress down. The Sansuikaku story begins there, right when you step in. Take a seat at the comfortable yet chic sofa which will naturally make you relax your shoulders. As you take a sip of your welcome drink, your body will absorb early Showa era of this inn’s atmosphere. As with the lobby, the room also has an unwinding atmosphere. Japanese traditions and normal stress-free environment combines to create the extraordinary. If you open the sliding paper doors, Nasu’s nature will catch your eye. It will flood you with the feeling like wanting to boast to someone about your vacation home. The hot spring for your enjoyment is from the Omaru hot spring which it is said that the General Nogi also loved. You can enjoy scent of the cypress bath along with the nice texture of the simple thermal hot spring in the public spa. For those who would really wish to spread their wings and relax, we recommend reserving the private bath. Please spend your private time in our spacious bath spas. Meals are Kaiseki (traditional Japanese cuisine) cooking with ingredients that are grown in Nasu’s nature. With the ingredients natural sweetness and carefully prepared dashi soup stock, the delicious flavors will delicately and gently spread within your mouth. The plates that are chosen to match the cuisine’s color and the textures enhances the cooking even more. After dinner, it is also nice to take a stroll in the garden illuminated by the faint twilight. As with the four seasons, the charms of the all the trees in Nasu change along with the weather. You can really feel that the inn is together with nature and that it makes you feel, hidden among your heart, it is where you belong.
