Rest assured that your body temperature will be measured instantly without touching you. * Please note that if you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, you may be asked to refrain from staying according to the instructions of the health center. ・ An infection prevention sheet is installed at the front desk, and a display is displayed in the lobby to keep the distance between customers. ・ Before the customer's check-in time, space sterilization is performed in various parts of the building and in the room using an ozone device. For the time being, bath towels will not be installed in the large communal bath, and two bath towels will be provided for each person in the room. ・ We have set a limit on the number of people in the large communal bath and can accommodate up to 15 men and women. It cannot be used because it is sterilized with ozone from 1 am to 5 pm. Please understand. ・ For the time being, we will not set up a buffet corner, and we will prepare seasonal vegetables such as tempura and pickles at dinner. The restaurant will have seats with partitions and doors, so please enjoy your dinner and breakfast with peace of mind. ・ Breakfast drinks can be picked up freely. Three chartered open-air baths will give you s leisure time. Dinner is Kaiseki cuisine which is prepared by a classically trained chef who has abundant knowledge about Shinshu's seasonal ingredients. Shinshu is bestowed with many food ingredients such as wild plants, mushrooms, Shinshu beef, and char fish. Tamanoyu no Soba is very popular among guests and highly recommended. Please enjoy the hand-made soba noodle made by the owner. In Tamanoyu, more than 300 live performance concerts are held annually. The hotel treasures time spending with guests together.
