On the day of arrival, there was a group reservation for the large spa and it was not opened over the night. So finally we hadn't try this but the small one only. There is no other recreational facilities in the hotel so it's a bit boring and had to sleep early. The futon was not comfortable so the sleeping quality was not good. But it's nice to see light snowing in the next day due to cold weather up the mountain. The hotel staff may need to check the emails more constantly as to reply to customers.

Read more 11月の3連休で宿泊しました。 ペットと一緒に泊まれる宿の中でもお気に入りで何度か利用させていただいています。 いつもは白濁している温泉が露天風呂のみ緑がかっていました。空気と温泉の成分のせいでしょうか。 夕食は焼き物(アスパラ等)の固形燃料がはやくなくなってしまい、火の通りが悪く、他のお客さんたちも焼けてないのに食べてしまったとおっしゃっていました。 とはいえ、総合的には満足です。 残念だったのは、Wi-Fiが全室利用可となっていたのに使えなかったことと、帰宅後にまもなく有効期限の切れる割引ハガキが届いたことです。 割引ハガキは、利用期間が6月～11月。宿泊したのは11月。もっとはやく届いていれば利用できたのにと思います。 しかも、6月から利用できるハガキをなぜ有効期限間近の、利用期間が1ヶ月もないものを送って来られたのでしょう？意図がわかりませんでした。

The dinner told us that the solid fuel from the pottery (asparagus, etc.) disappeared quickly, the streets of the fire were bad, and other customers ate it even though it was not burnt. However, overall I am satisfied. Unfortunately, I was unable to use Wi-Fi even though all rooms were available, and I received a discount postcard that expired soon after returning home. We stayed in a Japanese-style room with four families. I liked the room because it was clean and spacious, and there was no wasted space that was common in Japanese-style rooms. We enjoyed various kaiseki dishes for dinner. All of the children were happy because they were old enough to become adults. There was no air conditioner, but it was cool enough if I opened the window. There are only a few points of concern. I wanted coffee as well as tea in the room. Also, while eating breakfast, I entered the room against a futon, but I wasn't told at the time of the explanation, so I left some valuables. It would have been nice if there was an announcement.

Read more 栃木県県民の要望として、受け取って頂ければ幸いです。温泉は最高でした。しかし、以前から言われてますが、日光の殿様商売的気分がまだ残存していると思います。他県や、県内の鬼怒川や、那須温泉などは、接客対応は、他の地域の高級宿と遜色ありませんが、今回は明らかに接客マナーは劣っております。不快な感じはありませんが、良い感じは受けません。地域のレベルの問題だと思います。 僭越ながら、この金額の他の地域の宿でしたら、まず到着時は駐車場で出迎えし、荷物はフロントまで運びます。次に、チェックイン時は飲み物の提供、部屋まで荷物を持ち、施設の案内があります。全てできていません。赤ちゃんがおりましたが、その対応も何もありませんでした。レストランの出口のコーヒーサービスも200円と書いてありました。お金を取るのは初めてです。他の地域や宿も是非参考にしていかないと、リピーターがいなくなり、今後衰退してしまうと思います。是非頑張って下さい。期待しております。ロケーションや温泉が良く、自宅から近いため、頻回に行きたい場所であって頂きたいので、述べさせて頂きました。

We had delicious breakfast and dinner with volume, too. The quality of hot springs, temperature was the best.
