Read more チェックイン時フロントで予約時のリクエストに全く触れられなかったので叶えてもらったと思ったら、部屋に入った瞬間に異なり、一言言ってくれたら違うのに、と失望した。部屋はベッドが大きいだけで狭く、テレビの配置が独特で見辛く、浴室は臭い、過ごすのにストレスを感じる。大浴場の前でスタッフに「お客さん、1時までだからね」と当然言われ、さん？だからね？と耳を疑った。浴場も風呂が一つしかなく、つまらない。お湯の質は良い。朝食は評価ほどではない。ステーキが焼きすぎのため肉がかたい。じゃがいもの塩辛のせは、ほかのおかずと共に楽しむには大きいため半分のものも置いて欲しい。東館はエレベーターから部屋までの廊下に傾斜があり、ぼんやり歩いているとこける。総じて、シティホテルの体だが値段はビジネスホテルであるため、値段相応と考えればストレスは減る。朝食会場のスタッフは良かったです。
