Dharma Asahi photo taken from the room, impressed! ! Satisfied with casual, refreshing hospitality The starwatching from the terrace was also nice. One unfortunate thing was that I couldn't download the constellation chart QR code. Thank you for a fun time.

閑散期とゆうこともあり、貸切のようで広々と楽しませていただきました。築年数を感じさせないぐらい清掃も行き届いており、次は連泊して足を伸ばしたいと思います。 お風呂の排水が少し悪い気がしました。

Since it was a quiet season, it was like a charter and I enjoyed it spaciously. Cleaning is so good that you don't feel the age of the building. I felt that the bath drain was a little bad.

Read more 社員教育に問題がある?していない?としか思えない宿泊施設。遠路はるばる飛行機+レンタカーで3時間かけて、リラクゼーション目的に訪れて、大変ストレスを抱えて帰宅致しました。衝撃的に教育レベルの低い方々が働いていました。こちらがおはようございますと挨拶しても挨拶しない、話しかけてプールの利用にどうしても必要なお願いをしても返事もしない、目も見ないで嫌々対応する、2回お願いをして2回とも同じ。退去の際も、出入り口のカウンターに座っていて無言で完全無視。ひと言も言葉を発しなかったので、病気でお話しが出来ない方か?とフロントでお尋ねしたところ、そうではなく普通にお話しできる方だったらしく、では新人?と伺いましたが、新人でもない。この報告をした際に、男性の方が対応しましたがその方の対応も火に油を注ぐようなもので、質問に対して真摯に対応をしない、思わず声を荒げて同じ質問を数回してやっと質問に答えましたが、サービス業の方とは到底考えられない、低レベルのフロント対応でした。ホテルマン、と呼べる方はいらっしゃらないようす。また、朝からプールが利用できるということだったから伺ったわけですが、プールに居たのは、何を話しかけても一切言葉も発しないような低レベルのスタッフが一人でプールにいて、更にミストサウナは冷たい水の水滴しか出ておらず機能せず、トイレにも不具合。とてもお客様をお迎えできるような状態ではなく、ただドアを開けていて勝手にどうぞ、のような印象。設備面の不具合についてもフロントにお尋ねしましたが、ミストサウナもトイレも”具合が悪いようです”と、知っていた?ような対応。知っているなら何故対応しないのでしょうか?思わず、『朝のプールは、使って欲しくない前提で開けていますか?』と聞いてしまった程。設備面の確認もせずにプールを営業し、社員教育もできていない。高級ホテルでないにしても、せめて最低限の宿泊施設としてのサービスは提供すべきではないのでしょうか?海洋深層水のプール自体はそれなりにいいと思いますし、レストランで働いていた皆様には、お食事の好みが難しい中とてもよくして頂きました。ホスピタリティを感じたのは、レストラン内だけでした。今後は、社員教育をしっかりなさってお客様をお迎えなさるべきではないでしょうか?通常レビューしませんが、改善を願って今回ばかりはさせて頂きました。

I don't see anyone who can be called a hotelman. Also, I heard that the pool was available from the morning, but I was in the pool because there was a low-level staff who alone did not speak anything and spoke at all, and a mist sauna Has only cold water drops and does not function, causing malfunctions in toilets. It's not in a state where we can welcome customers, just open the door and feel like you are on your own. We asked the front desk about the malfunction of the equipment, but did you know that both the mist sauna and the toilet seemed to be "in bad condition"? Such correspondence. If you know why not respond? I thought, "Do you open the morning pool on the assumption that you don't want to use it? I heard that. The pool is open without checking the facilities, and no employee training has been done. Shouldn't it be a minimum accommodation service, even if it's not a luxury hotel? The deep sea water pool itself was good, and the people who worked at the restaurant did very well with the difficulty in eating. The only hospitality I felt was in the restaurant. In the future, shouldn't we welcome our customers with good employee education? We don't usually review, but we hoped to improve this time.
