Taking into consideration the health and safety of our customers, employees and business partners, we are taking measures to prevent new coronavirus infections. ≪Requests to customers who use the hotel≫ ● When entering the building, we request that you disinfect your hands with alcohol, etc., measure temperature, wear a health check sheet, and wear a mask. ●If you are not feeling well during your stay, such as a fever, please let us know. We may restrict the use of facilities in the building. If you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, strong fatigue, or taste disorders, please consult a medical institution or consult a public health center. ●In order to secure social distance, we may ask you to limit the number of people at the front desk, restaurants, public baths, shopping plazas, etc. <<About ensuring safety in the building>> ● Regularly disinfect areas that are often touched (door knobs, handrails, etc.) with sodium hypochlorite solution or alcohol solution. ●For check-in/check-out, etc., in order to secure a social distance at the front desk, please perform the procedure with one representative (by setting a footprint mark). ● Acrylic boards and film sheets are installed at the front desk, shopping plazas, and cashier counters in restaurants. ● Room keys are sanitized at the front desk at any time, and cash is delivered using a tray, etc., not by hand. ● In order to avoid crowding inside the elevator, we will set a footprint mark with a maximum capacity of 4 people as a guide and call attention. ● In the guest room, when cleaning, especially the parts that are touched by hands (door knobs, refrigerator handles, remote controls, switches, etc.) and toilet seats are disinfected with sodium hypochlorite liquid or alcohol liquid. ● Baggage up and baggage down services are not provided. ●The large public bath has a limited number of people (about 30 people) and the sauna is closed. ≪Efforts at meals, restaurants, etc.≫ ● Alcohol solution for hand disinfection is installed at the entrances and toilets, etc., and the venue is ventilated regularly. ●Buffet service for dinner and breakfast will be suspended and will be prepared at Japanese banquet hall (by reservation only). ● Limit the number of seats per table, secure table intervals, and disperse usage time. Disinfect table chairs with alcohol etc. each time. ≪Staff efforts≫ ● The hotel staff thoroughly adheres to internal hygiene rules such as 30 seconds of hand washing and gargles, and uses temperature and health checks at home and a health management checklist at work. Royal Hotel Noto is located in Hakui-gun of Noto Peninsula which is full of nature. Here, the time flows very slowly. Please pick a dinner of your choice. We have a popular buffet plan and a Japanese Full Course cooked with fresh ingredients from Noto. The calm atmosphere will make your time even more luxurious. The natural onsen at the hotel is a private hot spring on property. Shikanosato Onsen was opened up by one monk who treated injured animals with the water from the hot springs in the mountains of Noto. Please enjoy bathing in the quiet outdoor spa. We have various facilities prepared at the hotel and we will promise you a stay that will fit your needs.
