The public indoor and outdoor baths are filled with Toi's high quality natural hot spring water. With a source that yields 110 liters of water every minute, the fresh bath water is odorless. Hot spring water quality: Calcium, sodium sulfate, chloride (weak alkaline hot spring) Benefits: Rheumatic conditions, uric acid build-up, wounds, high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis There are 2 private baths at the ryokan, which also use natural hot spring water. First is Sansui, an open-air bath facing a natural grove. The other is Tamaryu, located within the main building. There are both indoor and outdoor baths, both with hand rails, making it easy to use for those with mobility problems. The private open air baths can be used for 45 minutes at a time. Please reserve at the front desk after checking in. The baths in the guestrooms use natural hot spring water. Experience the fine hot spring water of the ryokan.

There is a panoramic view of Suruga Bay and the townscape from Shikitei, which stands on high grounds. Guests can check-in at their own leisure, while gazing out at the garden from the lobby.

From Tokyo Take the shinkansen from Tokyo to Mishima. (Approx. 60 minutes) Transfer to Izuhakone Railway at Mishima, and alight at Shuzenji. (Approx. 35 minutes) Take the Tokai Bus from Shuzenji Station to Toi-nakahama. (Approx. 50 minutes) It is a 2-minute walk from the bus stop to the ryokan. From Nagoya Take the shinkansen from Nagoya to Mishima. (Approx. 110 minutes) Transfer to Izuhakone Railway at Mishima and alight at Shuzenji. (Approx. 35 minutes) Take the Tokai Bus from Shuzenji Station to Toi-nakahama. (Approx. 50 minutes) It is a 2-minute walk from the bus stop to the ryokan. From Port of Shimizu There are 4 ferries a day from Port of Shimizu to Toi Port. There is a shuttle service from Toi Port. (Reservation required)
