Read more 数日前に　ワイングラスをおねがいしておりました。きちっと用意もしていただき、ありがとうございました。部屋も見晴らしの良く、のんびりさせていただきました。お風呂も男性、女性のお風呂が当日と朝で入れ代わりになっていて、いろいろ楽しめました。とても気持ちの良い温泉でした。そしてスタッフの対応もよく、それ以上に裏方さんの対応が良かったです。朝食バイキングは　本当に美味しくて、楽しめました。 できるなら　チェックアウトが11時だと嬉しいです。また　朝食会場が少し狭くかんじます。入場時間を最初から決めてあると混雑が少なくなるかもしれません。また　21時から　この時期だけ？の夜の100発の花火　は楽しめました。また宿泊してみたいと感じました。

お部屋も広くて、眺望も良く、 大浴場もゆったり出来て良かったですが、一つ、大浴場の、洗い場のお湯、シャワーも含めて、全然出ず、そこだけが残念でした。

The rooms are large and the views are good. It was good to have a large public bath, but it was disappointing that there was no one at all, including the hot water of the large public bath, the wash water and the shower.

朝食の品数がもう少しだけあればいう事ないです。 夕食の内容は良かったですが、接客は少し硬いですね。 もう少し臨機応変にできれば良いと思います。

登記入住時,並没有講解酒店設施,又未能提供英文簡介,結果每次使用時都要到前枱詢問怎樣去。早餐相對簡單,如有生果供應會更好。

We were able to spend slowly in the room with beautiful scenery. What I regret was that there was no water in the room and I had to go to the third floor. It was pretty hot this year, so I was happy if there was a water server on each floor. Also, I was happy if there was fruit for breakfast.
