Notice from the hotel
In order to reduce the check-in time, we will send you a check-in card and pet accommodation agreement in advance. Please fill in and bring it on the day. A check-in card will be provided with a field for entering the physical condition for the night you stay. If you are not feeling well, you may not be admitted. At check-in, we measure the body temperature with a non-contact thermometer. If you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, you may not be allowed to stay. -We will suspend the guidance to the guest room that we had been doing until now for the time being. At the time of check-in, we will give you a map of the inside of the building and explain the inside of the building. We kindly ask you to come to the room yourself. Regarding luggage, we will carry it to the room at a different time from the customer.
A hotel where you can stay with pets - "Karuizawa Hotel Soyokaze" This hotel is located on a hill in Karuizawa. Surrounded by trees, you can see Yatsugatake and the changing seasons from the window. There are 8 types of rooms. It is a room where your dogs can spend their time comfortably and comfortably. Dinner is a French course where you can enjoy wine and fine food. We use ingredients such as organic vegetables from local Karuizawa and fresh seafood directly from the Seto Inland Sea. We also offer handmade meals that are gentle to your dog's body. The first trip with your dog is safe if you are at home. I hope you have a pleasant and memorable trip to Karuizawa.

You can enjoy the view of Yatsugatake Mountains through the window. *Bistro Provence (Available on 08:00 - 09:00, 11:30 - 14:00, 18:00 - 20:00) Casual restaurant with sunshine. We also welcome guests who are not staying with us. <Guide information> Enjoying French-Provence cuisine using Karuizawa's plateau vegetables and herbs. For the health and safety of our customers and staff, we are taking the following actions to prevent further spread of infection. 1. Infection prevention measures Alcoholic disinfectant is installed at the front entrance of the hotel. An acrylic board is installed at the front counter to prevent splash infection. We regularly disinfect areas such as door handles that are easy to touch to strengthen sterilization work. We thoroughly disinfect the room when cleaning it. The building is regularly ventilated. When we go to work, we ask all the staff members for a health checkup and take a thermometer. During service, staff members wear masks, face shields, and in some cases gloves. It is obligatory for the cooking staff to wear masks and gloves when touching ingredients. 2. Check-in For the time being, we will suspend the guidance to the guest room and will guide you in writing. We have sent the necessary documents in advance to shorten the check-in process. If the front counter is crowded, you may have to wait a while. 3. Restaurant When dining, customers' seats are kept as far apart as possible. The staff will provide services while keeping the distance from the customer as much as possible. 4. Large public bath It will be suspended for the time being. 5. Check out To avoid congestion at the time of payment, please make payments at different times. If the front counter is crowded, you may have to wait a while.
