Notice from the hotel
Thank you for your continued patronage to the Toda family. In order to prevent infection and scattering of new coronaviruses, we are taking the following measures in consideration of the health and safety of customers and employees. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. <In-house efforts> 1. Installation of alcohol disinfectant We have installed disinfectant solutions near the entrances, lobbies, restaurants, and elevators on each floor, and are working to replenish them so that customers can use them more easily. 2. Strengthening disinfection and cleaning We are strengthening the disinfection and cleaning in the hall by appropriately disinfecting the places where the customer often touches (such as guest rooms, dining venues, facilities in the hall, pick-up vehicles, etc.) with alcohol or photocatalyst. 3. The building is constantly ventilated by air conditioning facilities, but if the restaurant is often used, we will take measures such as opening some of the doors. Rooms are ventilated by opening windows and doors for cleaning. Four. Meal provision method We will change the provision method such as dinner buffet Shinwa dining Ten, earth and sea, and some dishes of breakfast buffet individually (brand name), and staff with hygiene management will sort it out to customers .. *The provision method and period may change depending on the situation. <Efforts for employees> 1. Physical condition check at work Regarding the health management of employees, we thoroughly understand the health condition before work. 2. Encouraging disinfection We disinfect our hands when entering the building and after using the restroom. 3. We may take a certain distance when we serve customers. Also, we try to reduce the number of customers as much as possible. At the time of guidance, we will hand over the key at the front desk without guiding you to the room. Four. Self-restraint to go out/event participation We instruct employees to refrain from unnecessary and urgent business trips, going out, and attending meetings and events that attract an unspecified number of people. Five. All employees wear masks. <Request to customers> 1. Alcohol disinfectant is installed in the building, so please use it appropriately. 2. In addition to the buffet, the hotel has room meals and restaurant kaiseki. If you are interested in buffet, please choose your meal content at the time of booking. 3. Breakfast is basically buffet, but we may change to Japanese-style set meals depending on the number of guests. Four. A cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation of accommodation (except for some special measures). Please understand that it is also to protect the employment of employees.
3 minutes walk from Kintetsu Toba station. “Todaya” is nestled in the scenic Ise bay. We prepare a variety of rooms for many travel purposes from the standard Japanese style room, the room with open-air bath, and the VIP room. Have a meal at the live kitchen full of uplifting “Shinwa dining Ten Chi Kai.” Give Teppanyaki a try or watch as the fish is prepared. It is recommended as a base for visiting Ise Shima or Ise shrine.
