With this aim in our mind, we try to clear the luxury and uneasy atmosphere of   French cuisine. It just feels like an auberge in the countryside of the South France.
The owner and his wife welcome guests warmly.

The hotel makes the most of natural food ingredients that are the blessings of the local climate and land of Izu. In this way, the customers could savor the true essence of each food ingredient will least flavoring. 
The dish is a result of thoughts and efforts from fisherman, broker, producer and chef. The owner working in the kitchen has been a chef for many years in French restaurant in Tokyo.
The owner himself visits the market and examines all the ingredients. With his  excellent cooking techniques and original ideas, the cuisine has successfully captured customers even gourmet's heart.

It is French cuisine that uses local unique fishes that you can only taste in Izumi.
Enjoy the dining with casual clothes and service from a lovely smiling madam. Customers usually linger at the table after luxurious dinner was over.

The hot spring which heals daily fatigue can be reserved many times without limitation.

Read more 本当にごちそう様でした。 慌しい日常から少し離れて、伊豆の島々を眺めながら貸し切りの温泉に浸かり、ゆったりリラックス。 お掃除の行き届いたシンプルな居心地の良いお部屋で、遅めのお昼寝の後はお待ちかねの夕食です。 懐石料理の前八寸を思わせる七品のオードブル。 優しい笑顔のマダムから「揚げたての温かいうちに」と勧められて先ずはメヒカリのフリットを一口。 「えっ?ナニッ!これ美味しいッ!」としっぽまで丸かじり。 自家製のカラスミも三島大根のみずみずしさと相性抜群です。 次から次へと出て来るお料理の美味しさに感動しながらいただきました。 天然の素材の持ち味を生かして、おいしさを極限まで引き出すシェフの腕前に感服です。 新玉ねぎのムースや付け合わせの野菜にまでしっかりと気配りされていて、普段は野菜嫌いの家内がペロリと残さず平らげたのにはびっくりです。 驚いたと言えば、メインの手長海老のローストです。あんなに大きな手長海老、初めてです。それも一人前が、半身×2=丸一匹分。当然お皿からはみ出しています。 これもミディアムレアの絶妙な火加減で、ほおばると(ホントに「がぶりッ」と大きな口を開けてほおばる大きさなんです)もう口の中は幸せで一杯でした。 お誕生日祝いも兼ねての宿泊で、お願いしたケーキも、牛乳が新鮮で美味しいものなのか、生クリームが後味さっぱりなのにとてもコクのあるおいしさでした。もちろんぎっしり乗っかった真っ赤な完熟苺も最高でした。 食事を心ゆくまで楽しんで、もう一度温泉に浸かりながら大きな窓を開けると、今度は澄み渡った冬の夜空に天の川がかかって 時を忘れる思いに浸れました。 本当に心も身体も癒されて、明日へ向けての活力が湧いてきました。 実は、部屋に戻るなりスケジュール帳を取り出し、あれこれ来月の予定をやりくりして・・・再訪の予約を入れてしまいました! ご夫婦できりもりされている小さなお宿なのでなかなか予定が合わなかったのですが、なんとかして休みを取るつもりです。 また来月伺います。 美味しい"ごちそう"をよろしくお願いします。

It was really a feast. A little away from the busy daily life, immerse yourself in a reserved hot spring while watching the islands of Izu, and relax relaxedly. Clean, simple and cozy room with a late nap and a long wait for dinner. Seven hors d'oeuvres reminiscent of eight inches in front of kaiseki cuisine. Madam with a gentle smile recommends "while freshly fried" and first bite a frit of mexicali. "Eh? Nani! This is delicious!" Homemade karasumi is also very compatible with the freshness of Mishima radish. I was impressed by the deliciousness of the dishes that came out one after another. It is a chef's skill to bring out the best taste by utilizing the characteristics of natural materials. I am very attentive to the mousse of new onions and vegetables for garnish. Speaking of surprise, it's the main lobster roast. Such a big scampi is the first time. It is half body × 2 = one whole. Naturally it protrudes from the plate. This is also a medium rare exquisite heat, and when you chew (it's really big with a big mouth open, it's really big), your mouth is full of happiness. The cake we asked for was a stay that also served as a birthday celebration. The milk was fresh and delicious, and the fresh cream had a refreshing aftertaste but was very rich and delicious. Of course, the red ripe strawberries that I had packed tight were also the best. Enjoy your meal to your heart's content, open the large window again while soaking in the hot spring, and this time the Milky Way hangs over the clear winter night sky I was immersed in forgetting time. My heart and body were really healed, and the energy for tomorrow grew. In fact, as soon as I returned to the room, I took out the schedule book, managed the next month's schedule ... I made a reservation for revisit! The plan wasn't quite right because it was a small inn where the couple was going to stay, but I'm going to take a break somehow. I will come back next month. Thank you for the wonderful time. In a casual and warm atmosphere, I was able to enjoy French one by one slowly. Not to mention dinner, breakfast was really delicious and full of happiness ...! See you again.
