Read more 先週は母子３人でお世話になり、ありがとうございました。８年前まで上田市内に住んでいて、その際、お世話になっていた方々に、成長した子供達と再会をして頂ける事になり、春休みと有給休暇を利用して、ゆっくり温泉を楽しみながら出向く事にしました。コロナの影響と平日という事もあり、貸切状態のような状況でしたが、スタッフの皆さんは丁寧に接して下さいました。 夕食も朝食もボリューミーで、美味しくいただけましたが、夕食を少し残してしまい、申し訳なく思っています。スタッフの方が要所要所で『人が居ないからわからなくて』と、言っていて、最後に頼んだレモンサワーが、ほぼ原液で飲めなかったのが残念でした。その他は問題なく、料理の説明等、丁寧でした。 次に利用する際は、浴室付きの部屋にして、食事も部屋でできたらいいなぁ、なんて思いました。 最後に御礼も言おうと、お菓子をカウンターへ置き、呼鈴鳴らしましたがいらっしゃらず、去る前に顔を出していただき、会釈をしました。そのあと、御丁寧に御電話を頂き、直接御礼が言えたので良かったです。 忙しなく無く、アットホームな感じで、とても良い時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございました。また、利用させていただきます。

Read more 普段の喧騒を少しの間でも忘れさせてもらえる時間で、大変リフレッシュできました。ありがとうございます。 ただ、朝食の後も、部屋内で普段できないゴロゴロをしたかったのですが、布団のリネン類を片付けられてしまっていたのは、今回の旅行で物足りなかった点です。 とは言え、部屋付きの温泉を堪能できる硫黄の香りがする檜温泉風呂や食事の彩りや味付けにロビーの寛げる時間は妻も喜んでくれていましたので、総じて、満足しております。 加えて、チェックイン時にご案内頂いた男性の品のある言葉遣いや低音から、この度の旅行の幸先良いスタートを予感させてもらえました。 ありがとうございます。

とても、旅館の方の対応が良かったです。お風呂が熱くて、残念でした。部屋の壁がうすいのか、隣の声が聞こえるので気になりました。
