接客はとても良かったです。お部屋も綺麗でとても満足しました。また利用したいと思いました。

Read more お部屋は明るく清潔でゆったり過ごせました。 部屋の浴室は、浴槽と洗い場が別になっているタイプで、備え付けのシャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディソープもオレンジ系のよい香り、大浴場が勿論ありましたが、お部屋のお風呂も充分快適に使わせていただきました。 朝ごはんは地場の野菜や釜揚げしらすなどが使われていておいしくいただきました。スタッフに声を掛ければ富士山サーモンの焼きたてなど提供していただけたようです(今回は残念ながら気付くのが遅かったので次回の楽しみということで) 近所のお店もよいところを紹介していただき、とてもよい時間を過ごせました。どうもありがとうございました。 三島、水はきれいだし、人は親切だし、いいところだなぁ！

The rooms were bright, clean and relaxing. Thank you for relaxing during the New Year holidays. I thought it was a hotel with no family (children) and used it. I thought I could have breakfast in my room. I came back early from going out and had the staff in the middle of the cleaning feel good.

三島市内で息子の結婚式があるため、東京から予約させて頂きましたが、台風のため急遽連泊に変更させて頂きました。急なお願いだったのに、二日間同じ部屋に変更して頂き助かりました。また、お部屋も大浴場も朝食会場もとても綺麗で連泊も居心地が良かったで... Read more 三島市内で息子の結婚式があるため、東京から予約させて頂きましたが、台風のため急遽連泊に変更させて頂きました。急なお願いだったのに、二日間同じ部屋に変更して頂き助かりました。また、お部屋も大浴場も朝食会場もとても綺麗で連泊も居心地が良かったです。 同じく東京から来てくれた、結局式に参列した友人たちも偶然同じ階に宿泊していたので、台風直下の中でも安否確認が出来安心でした。また、主役の新郎新婦の二人の新居が氾濫危険水位に達してしまい、避難のため急遽別部屋を用意して頂き、本当に助かりました。とんだ結婚式の1日でしたが、お陰様で台風の中、楽しい二次会？となり、新郎新婦も遠くから来てくれた友人たちも、私たち家族も忘れられない思い出となりました。 ありがとうございました。

The room was clean and I couldn't hear the sound of other rooms, so I was able to sleep slowly. For dinner, tell a nearby shop and enjoy eel.
