Notice from the hotel
The museum has resumed business since Saturday, May 23. After the resumption, we will thoroughly implement measures against the new coronavirus infection so that guests can stay with peace of mind. Therefore, we have deeply reviewed some of the service contents, but we would like to provide "hospitality" that can only be done now, without changing the way we live. Please rejuvenate your body and soul with our hot springs and hot springs. [Correspondence to the new coronavirus (COVID-19)] With the health and safety of our customers and staff as our top priority, we will implement the following measures to prevent the spread of infection. Thank you kindly look forward for your understanding. 1. Initiatives at the entire facility ・In-house facilities such as karaoke pubs, which may be closed, will be closed for the time being. ・In principle, we do not accept accommodation for groups of 10 people or more for the time being. Also, please refrain from arranging drinks and companions and using karaoke at the banquet hall. ・Up to 2 sets can be picked up at Yudanaka Station at one time, and if there are more than 3 sets, we will pick up by piston (partition will also partition inside the shuttle bus). ・The customer service staff will not allow passengers to board the elevator together. Therefore, when guiding you to the room, you may have to wait in front of the room because the customer will take the elevator first and the staff will go to the room by another elevator later. ・When providing Yucha tea in the guest room, explaining about the hall, and serving meals, we will try to keep you as close as possible to the service. ・When serving a meal, for the time being, we will reduce the number of times you visit the guest room or your seat than usual. [Requests to customers] To prepare an environment where everyone can stay with peace of mind, We would appreciate your cooperation for the time being. ・Since disinfectant is installed in front of the elevator, at the entrance of the large communal bath, and at the entrance of the dining room, Please be sure to disinfect your hands before using. ・Please wear a mask in the guest rooms, in the halls other than the dining hall and public bath. If you do not have a mask, we will provide disposable masks at the front desk (please note that the number is limited). ・Customers wishing to use the shuttle bus to Yudanaka Station are requested to make a reservation in advance. (If you have no reservation, you may have to wait). I hope that the new coronavirus infection will be resolved as soon as possible, We will do our utmost to give you peace of mind and pay attention to our inns.
