Read more 今回の滞在では、ありがとうございました。朝食、食材は豊富でバランスもよかったのですが、せっかく頼んだコーヒーやメインの食材が冷めていて、残念でした。もったいないと思いました。飲み物を入れてくださっているスタッフの方は一生懸命丁寧に入れてくださっていますが、ホールの方も忙しすぎて追いついていない感じでした。その間に飲み物が冷めてしまいます。 スタッフの方が手抜きしているようには全く思えないので、それだったらセルフで温かい状態で飲めるようにビュッフェ形式の方がいいのではと思います。メインのおかずもセルフでいのではないかと思いました。go toで急に忙しくなってしまったのかもしれませんね?! 従業員の方は皆様、丁寧な対応でした。

Thank you for your stay. Breakfast and ingredients were abundant and well-balanced, but I was disappointed that the coffee I ordered and the main ingredients were cold. I thought it was a waste. The staff who put in the drinks are doing their best to put it in, but the hall is too busy to catch up. In the meantime, the drink gets cold. I don't think the staff is cutting corners at all, so I think it would be better to have a buffet style so that you can drink in a warm state by yourself. I thought that the main side dish could be self-made. Maybe you suddenly got busy with go to? !! All the employees were polite.

チェックインやチェックアウト、朝食の待ち時間などもう少し工夫したら良くなりそうなポイントが多々ありました。それと、シャワーブースの手持ちシャワーの出し方がわかりませんでした。 今後のために、検討してみてください。

There were many points that could be improved by devising a little more, such as check-in, check-out, and waiting time for breakfast. Also, I didn't know how to put out the handheld shower in the shower booth. Please consider it for the future.
