Cuisine The food provided by our hotel is mainly centred around seafood. We pride ourselves on our use of the bountiful Shonai ingredients, and make sure to offer this deliciousness to our guests. In order for you to fully enjoy the flavours of the four seasons, we do not meddle with the ingredients unnecessarily and make everything by hand from the heart. Dinner Focusing on the local seafood, we use local ingredients in our homemade food, offering Japanese kaiseki style meals. We will serve you in order so that cold items can be eaten cold and warm items while they are warm. Breakfast A homemade Japanese style breakfast is provided using local ingredients. You can enjoy your meal in the lounge while looking over the Japan Sea. Rice We use rice produced from the heart by local Shonai based company 'Beisist'. 'Beisist rice' is reduced pesticide specially cultivated rice grown in the healthy environment of the rice fields, in the breeze of the Shonai plain. This is high A grade ranking rice. At dinner time we use the Niigata newly developed 'Yukiwatamaru' rice and at breakfast the recommended Niigata 'Tsuyahime' rice. Banquet Rooms The first floor of this hotel has a large banquet hall. Please use this room for group events. We also have karaoke available (charged). The banquet hall is 40 mat sized, which can also be split into two separate 20 mat sized rooms.
