Read more 初めて利用しました。 これまでマンダリン、シャングリアなどのラグジュアリーホテルには何度も宿泊しており、その都度素晴らしい感動経験をしておりますが、何せあの「リッツ」ですから、これらのホテルに並ぶ高級ホテルと認識しており、サービスには非常に期待しておりました。 しかし、結論を申し上げると、期待が高かっただけに、残念に思う点も多く、率直に言って、再訪を躊躇う水準でした。 GO TO キャンペーンで多忙であること、コロナ禍等もあり人材不足であること、この二点が主な原因だと思いますが、「サービスが行き届いている」という満足感はありませんでした。 ・記念日で宿泊したのにもかかわらず、別途料金のかかるケーキ・花束の提供のほか、他に記念日に関する言及やサービスなどは一切なかったこと。この点で、マンダリン、シャングリラなどの接遇と比較して、見劣りは否めませんでした。 ・全体的に、従業員の知識や、振る舞い等にハラハラさせられる、心配を抱く場面がありました(こちらの質問に対してスムーズに回答できないことなどのほか、何となく落ち着かない、サービスの提供に対する不慣れ感というのでしょうか。)。教育不足だと感じました。 ・こちらは速やかにチェックアウトしたいのに、クラブラウンジに通された後、最終的にチェックアウトの手続が完了するまで50分弱かかりました。もし、時間がかかるのであれば、こちらの意向を確認したり、目安の時間の案内などがあって然るべきだったのではないでしょうか。また、クレジットカードを預かってからこちらに戻ってくるまで25分程かかりましたが、これはまずいでしょう。 ・駐車場の割引券の渡し忘れ。このため、駐車場でも15分程待機せざるを得ませんでした。さすがにまずいと思ったのか、24時間無料券を届けてくれましたが、その届けてくれたスタッフはちんたら歩いていらっしゃいました。そちらの不手際であることは明らかですから、もう少し駆け付け感があっても良かったのではないでしょうか。 施設設備は立派ですし、クラブラウンジで振る舞われたフードプレゼンテーション、インルームダイニングは素晴らしかったです。 しかし、支払っている金額に相応するサービスを提供されたという感覚はなく、割高感は否めませんでした。

In this respect, it was undeniably inferior to the hospitality of Mandarin and Shangri-La. ・ Overall, there were occasions when I was worried about the knowledge and behavior of employees (I couldn't answer this question smoothly, and I was somewhat uncomfortable and unfamiliar with the provision of services. Is it a feeling?). I felt that I was lacking in education. ・ I wanted to check out quickly, but it took less than 50 minutes to finally complete the check-out procedure after being sent to the club lounge. If it takes time, I think it should have been appropriate to confirm our intentions and provide guidance on the estimated time. Also, it took about 25 minutes from the time I received my credit card to the time I came back, which is not good. ・ Forgot to give the discount ticket for the parking lot. For this reason, I had to wait for about 15 minutes even in the parking lot. Perhaps I thought it was bad, he delivered a 24-hour free ticket, but the staff who delivered it was walking around. It's clear that it's a mistake, so I think it would have been nice to have a little more rushing feeling. The facilities were excellent and the food presentations and in-room dining served in the club lounge were excellent. However, I did not feel that I was provided with a service that was commensurate with the amount I was paying, and I could not deny the feeling that it was expensive.

Read more 皆さまの接客は基本的にとても気持ちがよく、満足のいくステイになりました。 不満に思った点は、チェックイン時にヘアアイロンとクレンジングを持ってきていただくよう頼み、20分ほどで用意ができるとのことでしたが30分以上待ってもいらっしゃらず。 内線で確認したところ新たに用意していただいたので情報共有が全くなされていなかったのだと思います。 朝食は最初の説明では好きなものを好きなだけと伺ったのですが、メインを注文した直後にメニューを下げられてしまったのでその後飲み物以外に注文することができませんでした。 またチェックアウト時も大行列でかなり時間がかかりました。 お部屋はすごく綺麗で快適でしたし、ターンダウンにいらした方々もすごく笑顔が素敵で完璧でした。 夕食もすごく美味しくて大満足でした。

The customer service was basically very pleasant and it was a satisfying stay. What I was dissatisfied with was that I asked him to bring a curling iron and cleansing at check-in, and he said that he would be ready in about 20 minutes, but he didn't wait for more than 30 minutes. When I checked with the extension, I think that the information was not shared at all because it was newly prepared. In the first explanation, I asked that I liked as much breakfast as I wanted, but I couldn't order anything other than drinks after that because the menu was lowered immediately after I ordered the main. Also, it took a long time to check out due to the large queue. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the people who came to the turndown had a wonderful smile and were perfect. The dinner was also very delicious and I was very satisfied.
