Nazuna Kyoto Tsubaki-dori, located in a corner near Shijo Omiya, is a 23-room inn that has been converted into an inn the approximately 1,400 square meters of L-shaped alleys lined with 110-year-old townhouses.

The reception building, which serves as the entrance, has a deep Kyoto-like structure and is not only a place for welcoming guests but also a small alley connecting the outside world with the world of Tsubaki-dori.

After passing through the reception building, there is a townscape reminiscent of an old gay quarters isolated from the outside world.

The streets covered with cobblestones are illuminated by lanterns and standing lights at dusk, and “Tsubaki-dori” is lustrous to behold.

(Efforts in public space)
1. Expansion of alcoholic disinfectant solution We are expanding the disinfectant solution at receptions and restrooms, and we are working to create an environment that is easier for customers to use.
2. Strengthening of regular disinfection We properly disinfect alcohol such as door knobs, doors, handrails of stairs, doors of restrooms, etc. that are frequently touched by customers.
3. Wearing a mask when serving customers Considering the health and safety of our customers and public health, our staff members wear masks.
4. Confirmation of health condition for hotel guests At check-in, we will fill out a questionnaire regarding health condition and confirm the transit point to the hotel arrival.

(Efforts for employees)
1. Wearing masks when going to and from work We distribute masks to employees of the Group and obligate them to wear masks when going to and from work.
2. Physical condition check when going to work When employees go to work, we thoroughly check the temperature and disinfect their hands. Employees who have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher and who are not in good physical condition are waiting at home until two days have passed after their medical condition has recovered.
3. Addition of alcohol disinfectant in the back space We have added alcohol disinfectant so that you can always disinfect your fingers after entering the office or using the restroom.
4. Maintenance of management system for people with poor physical condition We have introduced a system for managing the standards of behavior and the health condition of employees when they are in poor physical condition.
5. Voluntary refrain from going out / attending meetings without urgently Prohibiting unnecessary and unscheduled business trips by employees, prohibiting overseas travel, meetings/events where many unspecified people gather, and meals/attendances at workplaces, etc. We are instructing you to refrain from.
6. Implementation of staggered work Around the administrative department, we carry out commuting and remote work avoiding busy hours to prevent infection.
