And it was not provided at all after we asked the staff to put some in the room when we were out for sightseeing. The room were full of smoke smell as we booked for a non-smoking room.

We booked dinner & breakfast two days in a row. However, the quality between two meals is decreasing, no matter ... Read more We booked dinner & breakfast two days in a row. However, the quality between two meals is decreasing, no matter it’s dinner or breakfast For dinner, the extra rice was left for us to refill on the first night but the waiter took it after dispense one bowl of rice on the second night without asking us. And the beef steaks were in different status, some were rare and some were medium. It would be better if we were asked how it be cooked in advance. And the quality of sashimi was getting worse from the first dinner to the second breakfast.
