For customer health and safety <When entering> Temperature check, disinfection, and face coverings will be required. <At check-in/check-out> Installation of thermography camera at the front counter to check the health condition of the customer. Acrylic stand installation: An acrylic stand is installed at the front counter to prevent contact and splash infections. -Social distance: We have a line regulation so that people can line up at intervals of about 2 m (at least 1 m), and the staff is considering to avoid congestion. Thoroughly disinfect the writing instruments at the front counter after each usage. Acquisition of in-house information by QR code: In order to avoid congestion and contact, we recommend guests to screen the QR code and read the hotel information from the customer's own device instead of reading the in-house explanation by the employee. You can also view information about the facility from the "TV Information" in the guest room. Contactless check-out: We recommend express check-out, which can be done from the guest room. Room keys will be thoroughly disinfected after returned. <Room (cleaning)> Setting 7 deep clean points: The most frequently touched parts are additionally sterilized. (Door knobs, electrical and lighting switches, telephones, TV remote controls, faucets, handrails and handles, bathroom floors) Removal of paper amenities: Ballpoint pens, memo papers, and guest books have been removed, and we are switching to providing them upon request. Request for decentralized use: We are requesting to manage the congestion status of restaurants and decentralize entry times. Salad station (buffet style) is replaced by set menu. Regular ventilation and disinfection: Restaurant will cleaned, disinfected and ventilated during the close time. Table layout that avoids closeness: We changed the table layout at intervals of about 2 m (at least 1 m) or keeping the seats open. Menu browsing by QR code: You can browse the menu by scanning the QR code from your own device instead of the menu book. Change of table set: Cutlery set (fork, spoon, etc.) will be prepared in a bag. Setting of 4 deep clean points: Cleaning and disinfection of tables, chairs, menu books and casters (salt, pepper, etc.) sets are strengthened. High temperature cleaning of tableware (plates, glasses) and cutlery: We perform high temperature cleaning at 85°C or higher. For employee health and safety Efforts to protect the safety of employees: Hotel employees will be provided with hygiene products and training to strengthen self-management regarding hygiene in order to protect their own health. Wearing mask and face shield: The front staff and restaurant reception staff wear masks. Also, wear a face shield if necessary. Temperature measurement at work: All employees always measure temperature at work. Always 3 avoidance: We also practice 3 avoidance during breaks. Enhanced cleanliness: Uniforms are frequently washed and replaced. Self-restraint for overseas travel: We are requesting employees to refrain from overseas travel.
