Read more 到着したのが20時過ぎで、レストランが21時まででしたので、ルームサービスとどちらにするか迷いましたが、ルームサービスの待ち時間が40分程度と言わたので、お腹が空いていましたが、40分なら待てると思い,ルームサービスを頼むことにしました。ところが、待てど暮らせど届かず、督促しても具体的な回答は無し。結局、1時間半も待たされ、届いたのは10時前でした。しかも、スープはカップだけで中身を忘れられる始末。待っている間に子供たちもお腹が空いてイライラして家族喧嘩になり、楽しいはずの旅行が台無しになりました。ホテル側からはきちんとした説明も無く、チェックアウトの際も、こちらから言い出すまでお詫びもなく、ルームサービスの割引がある訳でも無く、そのまま請求されました。精算後、近くにレストランの責任者の方が待機されており、「現場のスタッフが、待ち時間はもっとかかると思ったけど40分から50分と短く伝えてしまった」などと言い訳を聞かされましたが、こちらは40分は聞いたけど50分は聞いていないし、途中で遅くなるとの連絡も受けていないため、全く納得できませんでした。もういいですと私が帰ろうとしたら、慌てて売店に行って菓子を持ってこられましたが、だったら最初から持って説明に来てくれたら良かったのに、、全てが残念な対応でした。菓子は、ホテルの名前を見るだけでも嫌になるので受け取りませんでした。ピザの宅配でも遅れる時は説明や割引があるのに、宅配ピザ以下の対応です。添い寝の子供二人で予約していたのですが,子供のパジャマはおろか,タオルセットの用意もありませんでした。以前泊まったバリ島のグランドニッコーは最高のホスピタリティでしたので,同じブランド名に期待しましたが,期待し過ぎだったようです。ウェスティンの頃もそっけない印象はありましたが,今回は特に残念でした。

I arrived after 20:00 and the restaurant was until 21:00, so I was wondering whether to use room service, but I was hungry because I said that the waiting time for room service was about 40 minutes. However, I thought I could wait 40 minutes, so I decided to ask for room service. However, I couldn't get it even though I waited, and there was no concrete answer even if I urged him. After all, I had to wait for an hour and a half, and it arrived before 10 o'clock. What's more, the soup can be forgotten with just a cup. While waiting, the children were hungry, frustrated and had a family quarrel, ruining a trip that was supposed to be fun. There was no proper explanation from the hotel side, there was no apology at the time of check-out until I told you, there was no room service discount, and I was billed as it was. After the checkout, the person in charge of the restaurant was waiting nearby, and I was told an excuse such as "The staff at the site thought that it would take longer to wait, but told me as short as 40 to 50 minutes." However, I heard 40 minutes but not 50 minutes, and I was not informed that it would be late on the way, so I was not convinced at all. When I was about to go home, I hurriedly went to the shop and brought some sweets, but I wish I had brought them from the beginning and came to explain, but everything was disappointing. .. I didn't receive the sweets because I didn't like the name of the hotel. Even if the pizza delivery is delayed, there are explanations and discounts, but the correspondence is less than the pizza delivery. I had made a reservation with two children sleeping together, but I didn't have a towel set, let alone pajamas for the children. Grand Nikko in Bali, where I stayed before, was the best hospitality, so I expected the same brand name, but it seems that I expected too much. I had the impression that it wasn't that good when I was at Westin, but this time I was particularly disappointed.

The correspondence of the staff was also very polite and pleasant. It was good because the room was large and had a bathtub and a washroom. There were disinfectants in various places as a measure against corona, but I thought it would be nice to have disinfectants and liquid hand soaps in the room as well. Awaji Island is a very nice island and I definitely want to come back slowly.

接客がとにかく良かったです。 フロントの方が親切に質問したことにも的確に答えていただき大満足でした。 夕食、朝食のビュッフェもコロナ対策をしっかりしていただいていたので安心して楽しむことができました。ありがとうございました。

Anyway, the customer service was good. I was very happy that the front desk answered the questions kindly. I was able to enjoy the dinner and breakfast buffet with peace of mind because I had good measures for corona. Thank you very much.
