Effects and characteristics of Hot Springs

Heda Onsen is the newest hot spring in Izu, opened in 1986. Michinoeki Kurura Heda has a natural hot spring for a day-use and also a foot bath.

At Heda Onsen Stand, the water from the source spring is sold at self-service. It’s a sulfate spring effective for stiff shoulders, lower back pain, rheumatism, cut, burn, chronic skin diseases, hardened arteries, etc.
