Introduction of Hot Springs (Onsen)

Awa hot spring is located in Kyonan Town in the southern part of Chiba Prefecture, which commands a view of the Pacific Ocean. It is at the foot of Nokogiriyama-Nihonji, a Buddhist temple situated on the slopes of Mt. Nokogiri, which is the oldest place of imperial prayer in Kanto Region, established by Gyoki, a Buddhist priest, about 1300 years ago under orders from Emperor Shomu.
The extensive sea of Minami-Boso changes its colors every minute, and you will never get tired of looking at it.
Of course, you can enjoy fresh seafood and pass blissful time here. It is only one hour and a half away from the center of Tokyo, so it is a convenient, rural fishing village where you can pass relaxing moments away from the bustle of big cities.
