Effects and characteristics of Hot Springs

Nekoma Onsen offers the natural hot spring that leaves your skin smooth. It's gentle to the skin of the elderly and babies. Lots of metacilicic acid, an ingredient in lotions, makes this spring "Beauty Water". Due to abundant iron in it, the clear water when it gushes out of the spring will turn brown as it's exposed to oxygen. Nekoma Onsen's source spring pours out from Yudairayama at about 51°C (124°F).
