Walking to the hotel with heavy luggage is difficult although it is just a few blocks away from the station. Especially there is a slope before the hotel. It would be suggested to call the hotel for pickup service. The locker room is not open all day, which is inconvenient because you need to put your ski/snowboard equipments back to the hotel after coming back from the ski resort and then go out again for dinner. Except for the 2 things above, everything is fine. The staff are nice and the room is clean and spacious. There is a shop in the lobby and plenty of vending machines erverywhere. For skiers it is very convenient that you can buy lift tickets right in the hotel and take free shuttle provided by the hotel to designated ski resorts. In general it is a pretty good choice for staying in Yuzawa.

プレミアツインは清潔感に溢れ気持ち良く滞在させて頂きました。 外観は古さがありましたが、中は綺麗にされていて接客も丁寧。非常に良いホテルに巡り逢えたと思っています。 お世話になりありがとうございました。

今回写真のような洋室でなく和室で古びた感じでガッカリしました。 外の景色もいまいち
