とても良いお宿でした。食事もとても美味しく、また食事の給仕もとても素敵でした。良い親孝行ができました。ありがとうございます。あえていうならば、ワインのリストをもう少し（後数種類、カルフォルニアかチリの比較的ドライなものを置いていただければもっとよかったです。）

We find the ambiance and energy of this hotel is low, except the staff who greeted us as arrived, he is very kind and can tell he enjoyed his work. The service we experienced by the other staff is a bit different to other hotels we have been staying in Japan, staff greeted and communicated with social politeness, however we can feel that they just wish to get things done quickly in one time. Breakfast and Onsen were fine. Dinner was not that good as pictures show on website. Overall we think the hotel is located at a good place, the garden and the hotel itself are just beautiful, it is the staff service to be improved. Thanks

It's Japanese traditional ryokan with high quality service with professional and kind attitude. It's perferct for everything and very impressed deeply in my mind. I'd like to visit again to stay there next time.
