The Screen is the first selectable hotel in Japan designed by both domestic and overseas designers.

The hotel is selectable in the sense that you can have fun choosing your personal services.

Based on the concept of creating a unique experience, each of the 13 rooms has a different design.

You'll feel like you have your own personal space where ever you go. Enjoy the Japanese aesthetic in the design of the chandelier, Nishijin sofa, and more. 

The restaurant is as selectable as the hotel.

The Japanese paintings on the ceiling and sliding doors along with the cuisine specific to Kyoto will make your stay more pleasant.

Read more 宿泊前も宿泊中も、ご丁寧に対応いただきありがとうございました。ひとり旅だったので、フロントの方ともお話できて楽しかったです。お部屋も素敵で、室内温度もちょうど良く、アマダナなど家電もオシャレでした。夕食もとても美味しかったので、今度は別のお部屋にも泊まってみたいと思いました。ただ、夕食の場所は少し寒かったのと、各家電の使い方がイマイチ分からずに使うのを諦めてしまったので、使えたら良かったなと思いました。マニュアルがあったのかもしれませんが…。 総じてとても満足です!ありがとうございました。

Thank you for taking care of politely even before and during staying. It was a journey, so I enjoyed talking with the front desk. The rooms were nice, the room temperature was just right, home appliances such as Amadana were stylish as well. Dinner was also very tasty, so I thought that I would like to stay in another room next time. However, I thought that it was okay if I could use it, because the place of dinner was a bit cold and I did not understand how to use each appliance without knowing it. It may be because there was a manual .... Overall we are very satisfied! Thank you very much.

I was glad that I did not think that I could choose the room. When I use it next time, I would like to stay in other concept rooms. I am grateful for preparing my birthday plate for dinner. I thought that I had French in Kyoto a long time ago, I especially want the sauce to be delicious once again. Thank you for taking care of me.

Read more 不満だったのは2つです。 1つは部屋のエアコンのカビ。 2つ目は、朝食時の接客。 部屋のエアコンにカビが大量に発生しているのをチェックアウトする前に気づいたのが幸いでした。チェックイン時に見ていたらお部屋を変えてもらいたいという感じでした。 朝食時の接客が雑だなぁと感じました。 料理の説明は何もない、食器を洗う音がずっと聞こえている状態。 街の喫茶店、または、地方の安ホテルの朝食会場みたいな気分で朝ごはんを頂いていました。

I was dissatisfied with two. One is mildew of the room air conditioner. The second one is a customer service at breakfast. I was fortunate to notice before mass checking out that there was a lot of mold in the room air conditioner. It was a feeling that I wanted to change my room if I saw it at check-in. I felt that customer service at breakfast was bad. There is not a description of cooking, a state where the sound of washing dishes has been heard all the time. We had breakfast with a feeling like a breakfast venue in the city's cafe or in the regional Ansei hotel.
