Notice from the hotel
We have decided to take the following measures to prevent infectious diseases. Acrylic dividers have been installed at the reception counter and in front of the store cash register. To avoid congestion, we will serve customers in order. Therefore, please allow extra time for check-out. We have installed a non-contact temperature monitor (thermometer) at the entrance. We will monitor the body temperature with the display installed. If the monitor detects heat, an alarm will sound. In that case, the staff will check in a separate room, so please cooperate. Employees will stop moving customers' vehicles as they have been doing so far. Employees will guide you to the parking lot on the premises or outside the premises (both free of charge), so please park yourself. We will check the health of all employees and people who enter the facility. If you stay in the hotel for more than 3 hours, we will also check your health when you leave. (Check for symptoms such as fever, confirm travel during travel, record time, record name and contact information) In addition, we will thoroughly carry out hygiene guidance prescribed by our company such as hand washing and disinfection of fingers. Please fill out the questionnaire at the time of check-in, in case you are confirmed to have an infectious disease. Please enter the contact information of the group as well as the representative customer. For group trips, please submit a list of guests in advance. Please install disinfectant solution at the entrance, restaurant entrance, elevator hall on each floor, shared toilet, and use it for the customers who use it. We will prepare alcohol spray for disinfection that you can use in the hall. (Please refrain from taking it out of the library or taking it out.) Employees wear masks and face shields and respond to customers. The mask will be changed once a day. Contaminants will be processed and disposed of at the designated place and method. Employees carry their own disinfecting alcohol and surfactant disinfectant. We will strengthen the disinfection in the hall. In addition, hand sterilization will be performed just before customer service. Employees should try not to enter the guest room. (We will try to simplify guest room information.) Since the number of passengers for the elevator and the transportation vehicle is significantly reduced, it may not be possible to use them all at once. The occupancy of banquet halls and conference rooms will be greatly reduced. (We will also consider setting up.) "SPA Shizuku" will take measures against infectious diseases and will resume operations. "Karaoke Room Rakusui" will be closed for the time being. (Reservations are accepted for use of karaoke at banquet halls with karaoke facilities.) Ventilation of common areas will be strengthened. In the guest room, please use the ventilation fan and the air purifier installed in the room. The maximum number of guests in the large public bath and open-air bath is limited to 6 adults and children. Take plenty of space for undressing. There is a board at both ends of the currant to separate it from its neighbors. Thoroughly ventilate and disinfect. The number of people in the smoking room on the 1st floor is limited to 3 people. (It is a 2m interval.) We will discontinue use of hand towels and use disposable hand towels (normal temperature). (Starting from July 1st, we will provide it without taking off the vinyl until then.) The sweets in the room will be packed in individual cases or individually wrapped. Room meals will be abolished. Customers will be provided with a private dining room for both dinner and breakfast. *Breakfast will be prepared for "one-night breakfast" at "seats in the hall." We will try not to put out the dishes as late as possible. We will reduce the number of employees entering the room (number of contacts) as much as possible. We mainly use "tableware with a lid" for hygiene management. We discontinue the handling and special dishes (chopsticks and tongs). *If you have any foods that you cannot eat due to allergies, please contact us at least 3 days before your stay. We will change the menu. *Please note that we cannot respond to requests on the day. Please be assured that you will always sterilize your room with an ozone sterilizer. Generates ozone at a concentration that has a bactericidal effect on new coronaviruses, etc., but before check-in Since ozone changes into oxygen, there is no health problem. Slippers will be disposable. We will stop wearing "kimono" uniforms for employees and change into uniforms. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
