Serving as a retreat, every small detail is soft and carefully designed. All rooms are faced south and are designed with natural materials such as plain wood and soil for walls, realizing a space of sheer comfort and relaxation that is perfect for a retreat. Hot spring water is kept around 40 degrees Celsius which gently and gradually warming up your body to the core. Baths can also be enjoyed in various styles by the river, in the sun, or with a refreshing smell of Hinoki cedars and more. Nourishing and healthy meals are served in the room. The menus are delicately prepared with plenty of seasonal local produce based on traditional Japanese recipes featuring essential ingredients such as grains and seaweed.
